1. Products & Services
We offer digital diagnostic tools, profiling reports, and coaching frameworks, including:
- The Foundation Profile
- The Unique Performance Profile (UPP)
- The Performance Signature Grid (PSG)
Each product is designed to provide emotional performance insights, not medical or psychological diagnosis.
2. Delivery Timelines
Reports are delivered via email after completing the required inputs:
- Foundation Profile: within 72 hours
- UPP: within 5 working days
- PSG: within 7 working days (following full form submission)
We aim to meet or beat these timelines. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
3. Payment
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our reports, all purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued once a diagnostic has been completed or a report delivered.
